1. Service Description

Dividendio is a dividend tracking platform that allows you to monitor your investment income, manage your portfolio, set price alerts, and analyze your dividend performance. The platform is available as a web application.

2. Account Registration

To use Dividendio, you must create an account via Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information.

3. Subscription and Payments

• Dividendio offers a Free plan with basic features and a Premium plan with advanced capabilities.
• Premium subscription is available at €5.99/month or €49.99/year.
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain Premium access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Existing subscriptions will not be affected until renewal.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any illegal purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; interfere with or disrupt the service; reverse engineer or decompile any part of the service; use automated tools to scrape or extract data; share your account credentials with third parties.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Dividendio (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software) are owned by Dividendio and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

6. Your Data

You retain ownership of all financial data you input into Dividendio. You grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide you with the service. We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer

Dividendio is an informational tool only. We do not provide financial, investment, or tax advice. The information displayed (including dividend data, stock prices, and projections) is for informational purposes only and may contain errors. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dividendio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service unavailability.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply in your jurisdiction.

14. Right of Withdrawal

Under EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason. However, by subscribing and accessing Premium features immediately, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully provided during the 14-day period. If you have not used Premium features, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting contact@dividendio.com.
